Singapore is in full swing with the project "Super-trees". The project involves huge 25 and 50 foot tall "trees" made of concrete and steel. In fact, "super trees" are masked power stations for the botanical garden. Their crowns are solar panels that generate electricity garden's lighting systems. And the stems are hide reservoirs that collect rainwater for irrigation.
