Covenant Communications is another publisher I've come to value. They produce a lot of LDS literature but they also have mainstream titles that are not just for the LDS market.
My favorite line from their submission guidelines:
We will not accept manuscripts that contain offensive material, including profanity, vulgarity, excessive violence, or sexually explicit or suggestive scenes.
So once again I know if I pick up a book published by Covenant I don't have to worry about any offensive content.
