Holbert made these fantastic cookies back in January for her friend’s 42nd birthday because, as we all know, 42 is the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything. March 11th would have been the 61st birthday of the late and incalculably awesome writer Douglas Adams, author of the beloved Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series.
